Felicia is fading, but Bill is building. Forming early Monday, Hurricane Bill sustained winds of 90 mph which are expected to climb to 110 mph — putting it in the running to become a major hurricane in the next couple of days. The first official hurricane in the Atlantic this season, Bill is some 1000 miles east of the Lesser Antilles and is expected to track west-northwest as it builds. Residents of Bermuda should monitor its progress closely, and East Coast residents might be in for some choppy surf as a result as well. Luckily there are umpteen ways to follow the progress of the storm as it develops. We’ve rounded up some of our favorite hurricane-chasing resources here, broken into sections for web-based resources, Twitter-specific sources and mobile hurricane tracking. MyFoxHurricane has been a staple of our hurricane tracking resources for its tracking maps, video footage, satellite photos, and live

Okay, so call me picky, but the logo "text" shows as Track..heEye under logo. That's just plain sloppy. Please fix that.
must have? not so much.

if a paid app is going to redistribute information that is already available for free via the internet - like the national hurricane center's data used here) - then i expect that they are going to create a winning interface for that app that sets standards for ease of use.
Wow, highly intuitive app

I really liked it, it was able to get me the distance from the storm to my location, get a list of storms and active storms, give extensive verbal(text) detail on the current storm location and get accurate data and always on time. Of course this is a mobile app, not a desktop, I really did not expect it to have every bell and whistle as their desktop app but its got all the info I need on the go. The map is just an image and at first I thought it was also hard to read, but then noticed it is zoomable, so I was able to zoom down and get much better detail. Also I have the desktop version so I get alerts sent to my iphone. I really love it.
Great app and useful

So disappointed.

I was a fan of their pc product and was expecting so much more. The tracking map is difficult to see and doesn't let me scroll through the storm plots or see any information about them, the map is just an image from their website. The list of storms is alphabetical displaying tropical depression 16 at the bottom of the list even though it was the most recent storm. This makes it very frustrating to find information on the latest storms. Also, for some reason, clicking one of the storms, the page that popped up was full of Latin text ("lorum ipsum") instead of the storm information. I had to remove the app and reinstall to get this to work again.
