I was hoping to find a source of insightful commentary. This is simply sound-bite journalism at its worst. Take 3-5 eight second clips from TV talking heads and sandwich them together with mediocre narration and call it news. Garbage.

There were only two videos current on the day I opened the application. I expect a news source to have recent video, not a one or two for each day... I don't care about what happened a month ago, that's why it is called "news" - not "olds."
I would pay for an application that put all the daily video from my favorite news sources together in one handy application.

I love this app. Everyday Newsy has new content. The stories keep me informed on what is happening and how the news is being reported. Newsy just might be the best video news app for the iPhone. The interface is super slick.

I'm surprised no one had thought of doing something like this before. It's a great idea and it's very well implemented. I like that the videos are only 2-3 minutes, not too long but long enough to include several different views for each news report. I really like the interface that let's you browse through the different videos, it's very unique and makes it fun to browse.
