It took me about 30 minutes to place my order because I couldn't figure out how to order wings! I finally gave up and placed the order online which had far better deals than 20% off. After reading the other reviews I'm glad I wasn't the only one having problems and I'm glad I didn't use the app expecting to get 20% off my order. Don't use this app, just go old skool and order online.

I was very excited to show off the app last night by ordering pizza for a group of friends. We all huddled around to watch as we built our custom pizza for delivery. Even more excited that it was going to be 20% off because we ordered from the app. That was a far as the excitement went. I tried three times to complete the order...nothing.

Used the app to order pizza and the app total gave me the discount. But, I received an order confirmation with a different order total which did not apply the discount. Picked up pizza at local store and they were clueless about the discount. Sounds a bit like false advertisement. Be careful and check your prices.

I just used this for the first time, and it works, but I didn't get the 20% off like it said, and it wouldn't let me order wings. It would also be nice to be able to order breadsticks, and a drink. The app needs work.

I ordered with app and total was 38 dollars. My wife ended up calling it in due I forgot my password and it was on 19.99 over the phone.!!!! Please fix this.

I installed this because of the promised 20% off on "every order" made through the app. After having to fill out lots of personal information (even though I just wanted to make a pickup order), that discount was nowhere to be found; the grand total was the same as the price listed on the website order form. Disappointed, I called the order in myself, only to find that the price over the phone (without coupons, etc) was cheapest of all! The app interface itself was needlessly gimicky as well.

20% off. Don't buy it. Compare to the online store. It was actually more. I live in Austin tx and may differ in other cities. I would use if even if it was the same price but for now deleting the app. Also could not order dessert.

I downloaded this app with the intentions of actually using it failr often, so naturally I wanted to like it. When I attempted to sign up I got a message that said: we could not locate the online store that delivers to your area you will only be allowed to order carry out orders...a few months back I actually called my local pizza hut and while placing an order I asked them if their store supported online ordering and they said yes, but they had no idea of course why I was getting that message (the store that has been delivering to me for quite some time) but whatever I didn't expect the guy making $7 an hour ton fix my pizza huy app problem. So I actually sent an email thru the pizza hut.com website as a comment asking for a response, well several months later, having heard no response, I just attempted to sign in and place an order and I got the same message saying I can only order for carryout. Customer service FAIL pizza hut! Shame on you guys for not writing me back, seriously, you could have helped resolve my problem (which I am sure other users are experiencing, I happen to live in a small city called chicago) and avoid this poor review. You get what you pay for. Luckilly I live in chicago and pizza options are better than just pizza hut but sometimes you just want a cheap quick pizza, however, I have now deleted the app for the second and final time and will not attempt to use it in the future.

I like cheese-sticks with extra cheese and light seasoning.... But you can't even get cheese-sticks or even bread-sticks.... And on my pizzas I like it with just a little sauce and not as much as what's normally on there.... There's no way to say that.... So for now I'm just going to call them instead of using this app, I really wish they had more options and a full menu on here then it might actually be useful

Please take a hint from Chipotle. Bad user interface re: choosing half toppings. It doesn't even include breadsticks, WTF?! It didn't take 20% off my order. Work on it Pizza Hut!!

I recently updated and placed my order at my local pizza hut. NO where when ordering did it offer me 20% off which the update said it would give me for ordering using the app. Luckly, the woman working gave it to me but had no clue about the deal. Look out if you plan on saving 20% because it doesn't work.

Like everyone else says, you'll have to spend alot of time making a profile and then find out the app doesn't function properly and you don't get the discount as promised. Not efficient, wastes time and money with incorrect order!!!!!

Can't change previous address. Also even though store is only a mile and a half from my house it doesn't register. I had to call and order. Pointless.

It's a nicely set up app and ordering is no problem, but you can't order side items like breadsticks or garlic bread, like you can on te normal web site. Pizza hut it needs a few improvements.

Reading these five star reviews I feel like I'm in the twilight zone. I really want to love this app. I lovelovelove the idea and applaud the effort and the look and feel. But it simply doesn't work. I can log in but I can't order anything. There are no deals on the deals page. I can't change crust types. Hand tossed only. I can scroll through the others on the left but they are all greyed out and not clickable. I can add toppings and use the cutesy accelerometer page to place them on one side or the other. Some pizzas we can't change the size. Others we can. But when I get to the order screen it always shows the prices as $0.00 plus delivery charge, and the order button is greyed out (believe me, i tried to click it!) As much as I wanted it to work, this app does not appear ready for production. Not sure what these other reviewers are looking at. I have to assume they are shills for the developer.

There are two Pizza Hut stores within three miles, but when I try to order it says "This store is temporarily closed"-- No it isn't. I was just outside that store an hour ago. Every Hawaii Hut shows as closed or "No store data found"

I don't write many reviews, but I felt obligated to let people know that pizza hut is the wrong place to order food from. I used to get thier food quite often because the store is two minutes from my house. That will never happen again after finding a DEAD COCKROACH in the pizza box.Not a misprint, DEAD COCKROACH! I urge everyone to get pizza from anywhere but pizza hut. I don't care if the app is good or bad, I only got it to write a review. I hope I was helpful.

Useless unless you already have an account - to get an account you have to go to pizzahut.com: EXCEPT you can't from an iPhone. Their site redirects iPhone users to their mobile site, which also requires an account with no option to get to their full site Like this application, on the mobile site you can't create an account.

What genius at pizza hut Inc hired someone to write this laughably poor app? Was it designed by committee? Was it the son in law of some vice president who read "programming iPhone apps for dummies". Lol. It's just really featureless and disappointing.

First app I have ever downloaded that was deleted after five minutes. There is little flexibility for discounts and after finally putting my order together for pick-up, it told me there were no pizza huts in my area (not true). Papa John's thanks you, pizzahut, for releasing this ill-conceived marketing tool.

I downloaded this app because I love excuses to use my iPhone to its full potential. Trust me, I would've been better off just using my iPhone and browsing to pizza hut's web site and dealing with the small text.

Makes you login with Username/Password. Okay, fine...I'll spend the 2 minutes to create a login through the app. Wrong. You have to create a login at pizzahut.com. Okay, fine...I'll exit the app and create a login through the website. Wrong. They default you to a "mobile optimized" site with no option to create a login and no choice to go to the normal site...even though Safari on the iPhone supports full web pages. I would say it's a horrible app, but I never actually got the chance to use it.

Very impressed with the overall graphic design, speed, and intuitive interface of the Pizza Hut app. They really learned and took advantage if the unique iPhone touch OS to make the app fun and easy to use. Love the 'tilt the phone' to choose which side you want your toppings on and shake the phone to coat the wings with sauce. Brilliant!!! Need a menu update in v1.01 to include pizza rolls, desserts, breadsticks, etc.

I tried this despite the reviews it's currenly getting. Wholey unuseable. If you don't have an accoutrements already then they refer you to their website. If you use your iPhone safari browser they port you to their web app. They don't give you a way to log in there either. You have to use a full browser. Pizza Hut, please make your application usefull soon or pull it from the store. It is not gaining you customers or money. In fact, it may cost you customers if left this way too long.

Can't make a login from app, pizzahut.com only loads a mobile page that also can not make a login. Used google cache to force normal page, find it's all flash. Can't seem to look at menu without logging in so what's the point if this app?

Granted I threw it quite the curveball, it gave me the option to do a half cheese lovers, half pepperoni-olives-tomatoes large stuffed crust for $12.99.

Most of the products, even the "deals" are a dollar or so more expensive then pizzahut.com

A really cool app that not only makes my life easier (soooo awesome to actually place the order from wherever-I-am and whenever-I-want-to) but it's fun to play with! I order a lot of pizza, usually online, but not necessarily always from Pizza Hut. A friend of mine stumbled across this app yesterday and told me about it. I'm a new iPhone owner and am experimenting with a lot of apps. Well let me tell you, this thing is awesome! It's really neat and fun to actually build your pizza -- drag on toppings, adjust the size, etc. And another reviewer said this, but saucing the wings is pretty bada$$ too. I NEVER order wings from pizza places, but did this time because I thought it was so cool in the app. And hey, there were actually really tasty. Probably best of all is that my order came really quickly, it was 100% correct, and delicious. I would have expected there to be some errors because iphone ordering is new and all, but it looks like Pizza Hut is on the ball...and it looks like they are the only pizza place that has an app.

This is one of the coolest apps I've seen. I love ordering from Pizza Hut and usually do it online. Now that I can do it in a shorter amount of time and get exactly what I want is amazing! One thing I learned though is that on the app you have to use your username to log in. You can't use your email address like you can on the website because of the special characters. That's not that big of a deal though. I'm sure it will be taken care of in a later release. Overall this app is AWESOME! I can't wait to see what else might be added to it in the future!

Well this is certainly an upgrade from any pizza ordering I have ever seen, or any ordering period. The best part is the wing saucing. I heart the iPhone for allowing Pizza Hut to create such greatness.

This is so cool being able to order a pizza by phone. Love shaking the sauce on the chicken wings so much it "splashes" on the screen.

I love eating pizza from all different places, but the fact that a company let's me order from my phone without dialing that's amazing. I am a true Pizza Hut fan now!

I like this app, but as far as I can tell there's no option to order a pizza without cheese, or with cheese on only one side. This makes it useless for anyone with dairy allergies.

I thought I can browse the menu choices ahead of time, but not. First I have to register online before I can even access much of the functionality of this app. Then, once I logged in (late one night), it won't let me do anything because none of the stores are open. Hey, I just want to look...

Much better then the web app for the iPhone. It won't let you order drinks, breadsticks, or dessert. Didn't grab my saved cc info from my account and won't let you add it either. So back to the desktop to place an order.:(

This is an awesome way to order from Pizza Hut! It uses my existing pizzahut.com account so all of my info is already there. Graphics and design (especially the pizza builder) are really cool.

This app makes ordering pizza and wings a breeze. I love the fact that I don't have to goto my computer or call a store(usally to be put on hold). I just launch the app, build my order, submit it, and it's delivered. They take it up a notch by making building a pizza and saucing wings a fun interactive expericence. I love dragging down my toppings and shaking up my wings. This is a great blend of utility and interactivity.
