I know this is a slippery slope, because everyone has their own peculiar and idiosyncratic requirements, and pandering to every whim can lead to feature bloat, killing the core feature of this app - its simplicity. But here is my logic: I just want to use one weather app before I step out of the house. I don't care about doppler images, precipitation probabilities (at the end, my decision to carry an umbrella is binary - yes or no), etc. But I do care about the temperature, so I know what to wear. This app is brilliant, but I find myself checking the Weather Channel for the temperature, which is super annoying and sort of makes this app redundant. Just a single immediate outside temperature readout would make this app perfect (something like the thermometer app in the app store). Add that, and people are likely to use this as their #1 weather app. And they can use stuff like the weather channel app if they want multiday forecasts, temperature ranges, and to decide if they need to buy flood insurance asap.

And a great idea... 

I've always used your web service and gotten text messages, but I'm excited to use this because I can check it anytime and it utilizes the push notification service! Thanks! 
